If my spouse accepts Federal Civilian Job is she forced to enroll in the FEHB Program or is she still allowed to be a dependent under my coverage through Tricare Prime/Tricare Reserve Select? She is also a service member, however any service member who is eligible for FEHB is ineligible to be a sponsor of TRS

When I was a federal employee I used my then husbands TRICARE. It didn’t make sense for me to pay for medical since I was covered for being his dependent. If she selects the insurance under her federal employment, she would have to use that insurance first before TRICARE will cover any cost. I hope this helps.

Well I had a similar situation except my wife was not a service member. The best advice I can offer is for her to get her own individual FEHB plan and you keep your TRicare with you and other dependents( children) on that plan which is cheaper.
She can remain on your dental and vision coverage I do believe since those are separate from Tricare so she won’t have to get those thru FHEB. Or she can take no coverage and use the VA if she accepts the Civilian position.

Sir, as Federal employees we are not allowed to receive TRS if we are eligible for FEHB. You can read on eligibility for TRS at https://www.tricare.mil/Plans/HealthPlans/TRS
