You could try to go in a wait status if your command will support it.

SGT(P) (Join to see) - Usually a DA 4187 requesting such will suffice. A memorandum with your rationale for needing to go sooner would also be helpful.

The school date you received is the earliest available date.

HRC gives you the earliest class date that's available.
