I've been wondering what is with the tobacco policy on JBSA? 32nd Med BG has created a policy prohibiting ANY soldier, regarding their status, to posess or use any tobacco products; to include electronic cigarettes while on post. Are they going to start handing out patches or gum? I know a lot of soldiers who hide just to have a quick puff.
This pertains to IET soldiers as well as prior service soldiers.

I guess the policy changed on 5 November and I had no idea because I was at therapy with my son.

Honestly, Bro, this is America, not Nazi Germany! If I want to smoke a freakin cigarette, i'm gonna smoke a cigarette, and i'd like to see someone stop me or push paperwork for me smoking, i'll take that crap to a court martial. But, then again, you know how I am, when it comes to some of those stupid policies.

Usually, when a CMD creates a policy it goes through a process(or suppose to), they check with legal and IG, before posting a new policy. I would call you Post Inspector General for direction on this one. And I thought ADA was bad, and different then 3/2 Kotrc?
