How hard is it to get slotted for ALC for 35T? Also, what is promotion like in this field?

They start a New ALC course every other month and they slot in 8 for each course

From what I've been told from more senior 35T, E-4 - E-6 is a breeze, because theres so few of us, but then its Korea for anyone trying to push for an E-7 slot, due to so few slots; and those who are E-7 are in it for the long run. Dont worry though Sgt, the moment you pass AIT, the civilian world will take care of you anyway(hence why theres so few of us and so many contractors).
