I’m trying to start a packet for the G2G NSO. I have over 60 college credits, good pt score, a 119 GPA, but I had a 2.7 GPA. Any idea on if I’ll be competitive for the opportunity? Any insight is appreciated!

It's not very competitive because you're not competing for anything. You pay for your own college and you're released from Active Duty. It's actually a very good deal for the Army. Since you're eligible to enroll in Simultaneous Membership Program through the Reserve component, it's a good deal for them too.

It isn't competitive at all, there are unlimited slots. As long as you are accepted to a university as an academic junior, accepted by the PMS of the ROTC program, and approved to participate by your company and battalion commander, you will be selected to participate.

Don't tell anyone, but I graduated from college with a 2.4 or 2.5, I don't remember, and I was still commissioned. (But I had straight As in ROTC.)
