If I pass rasp on PCS, do I have to return to my unit for two years?

When you pass RASP you will usually return to your unit to clear and then PCS to your new battalion. If you aren't Airborne qualified yet, you'll do that prior to PCS.
If you fail RASP you get reassigned to the needs of the Army.
If you fail RASP you get reassigned to the needs of the Army.

1, IF you pass RASP, and are SELECTED to join the Rgt., You will be returned to your home unit in order to get new assignment orders and clear Post- and come back to the Rgt.

SGT (Join to see) you can't have possibly even applied yet because this is all explained in the welcome letter. You can't just attend rasp while in the middle of a PCS.

If they want you to attend they will send you a welcome come with information you need to try out.
