I know any station is typically 2-3 years, but I’m told I can leave early as a new E-5, how true that is this I’m not sure but I’m hoping someone can clarify. Is Recruiter available?

Your branch is no longer taking new SGTs for recruiting right now. The big recruiting rush ended in January, now drill and Cadre are being filled. You won't be able to leave at a year. You can go airborne if you aren't already and leave early, or you can reenlist for an assignment and leave a year early.
There are other ways too, but for your MOS and rank, for the most part you can't leave early.

When I was promoted to E-5, I was told I'd be staying right there in my unit, or they wouldn't have promoted me. C-co 2nd. 505th. Inf. 82nd. ABN. When I ETS, I could have enlisted into the SF, still at Fort Bragg.

What is your duty station?
Where are you trying to go? Recruiting duty?

PVT(P) Aaron M. M. Bryant promotion to SGT won't generate a PCS move.
Reenlisting, or volunteering for airborne duty (which won't likely get you to Campbell, rather Bragg) may be your only choices, as someone else posted.
