Your full time staff would be your first step for contact, admin or readiness depending on who processes your reenlistments/extensions. If your due date has already passed they should have been working with the incentives manager for your state. If your due date hasn't processed yet or hit right around the time the system came back up, there's a bunch of work happening to clear out the back log of payments and updating the records. Your full time staff should have more information though.

You start with the Readiness NCO at your Troop, he is required to have GIMS access. Because the process for completing a bonus payment is:
1. Unit level verifies you are a satisfactory participant and meet the checklist requirements.
2. Your State Incentives manager reviews it.
3. A tertiary check is done at Camp Robinson, AR.
4. NGB reviews, and submits to DFAS.
5. DFAS pays out.

Anywhere from steps 2 to 4, it can get kicked back for corrections, usually documents missing from GIMS or your iPERMS, and sometimes the kickback is erroneous.
But your Readiness NCO can open the history and see what step it is waiting at, and the date it got there.
If your Readiness NCO cannot access, tell your commander he doesn't have a required access for his job, then go to your Squadron to check, and let them know you are there because your Readiness NCO does not have access.
