There's an Army good conduct medal for every three years and a service stripe for your ASU's as well.

I only know of the AGCM which is virtually automatic. I can't speak for the reserves or NG though.

SSG Keven Lahde it's called the Army Reserve Component Achievement Medal (ARCAM) and, as had been said, it's for three years of good standing in the AR/NG.
There is also the Armed Forces Reserve Medal (AFRM) which is for every ten years of qualifying service in the AR/NG.

There's also the Armed Reserve Medal. It's awarded for each decade of service in the National Guard or Reserves. Depending on the length of service, a bronze, silver, gold, or bronze and gold hourglass are worn on the suspension ribbon and service ribbon, indicating 10, 20, 30, or 40 years of service, respectively.

No problem SGT. It is basically the reserve version of the active duty good conduct medal. SSG Keven Lahde

1LT (Join to see) Yes Sir. I guess I need to request getting a memo typed up and have it IPERMED so it's official and not me putting on ribbons and medals for the hell of it. Even if it is automatic. CYA they always say.

SSG Keven Lahde - It is always good to find medals you don't have. I found a RGCM on my NGB22(?) several years after I got out.

SPC Casey Ashfield yeah I found out that when I was stationed in California, I was awarded one for 10 years of service in California. I guess I will get one for 20 years in Nevada.
