I've been wondering how does the business rules work for prior service. Lets say if your PMOS is listed under line 7a, you would have to enlist into that MOS if not look in 7b list to see what you can reclass into if your MOS is not listed under 7a? Thank you in advance.

Don't read too much into business rules, they are guidelines and MOS strengths and projections can fluctuate one day to another based on the size of the MOS. The Army will offer you whatever it needs and has training available for.

Correct, the Guidance Councelor will have the latest and greatest at MEPS. Although the business rules are 98% right.
