Who do I reach out to about my reenlistment bonus if I’ve yet to be paid?

I re-enlisted 20Oct2018. My original ETS date was 16March2019. When I signed, they were supposed to immediately change my ETS date from March 2019 to October 2018. It took them nearly 2 months to do that. My ETS date just changed in MyPay. my reenlistment packet got iPermed in December. I’m coming up on my original ETS date and still don’t have any answers from anyone. career counselor, BN S1 etc
