It seems that there is a great struggle to determine what the best tactical package and most effect strategic course of action is.
With growing support from the public, it's becoming more and more likely that ground forces will be more utilized, but there are so many questions to be answered.
What is the appropriate amount of force needed.
How much (lives & dollars) are we willing to spend on this fight?
Is this an enabling/support mission or an offensive mission?
How long will the Americsn public continue to support the mission before they grow tired of it as they did with OEF & OIF?
