DD368 (Conditional Release) must be approved by your first general officer in your command. You will then be given a window of up to 6 months to transition out. Only then will you work with your recruiter.

SGT (Join to see) You will go with SF368 in hand to a recruiter. Honestly, you can go and talk to one now that you are close and let him or her know. The recruiter just won't be able to start with MEPS until you have that conditional release. Also, ensure you are all green on your medpros so you do not have to do the physical portion at MEPS.

SGT (Join to see) - I suggest you do not waste the recruiter's time until you receive your DD 368. Trust me, it won't help anything. Why? Because it's not like you can commit to a job right now anyway. LoL!
