Currently removing the old wiring harness and per the 20 level TM, you're only supposed to raise the cab 7 inches off of the frame. My question is, would it be more time effective and easier to fully remove the frame assembly from underneath the cab our would this just add more headache and work in the long run?

The biggest issues he had were getting the couple P clips undone that were between the chassis and the frame and getting the guage and PCB whiring clusters throught the firewill by the fuel filter.

A guy at my shop just replaced the body harness on i belive an M1165 very similar to the M1151 it took a week to get it out and 3 or 4 days to get it back in. Just lift the cab dont take it all the way out. Alot more work it you take it off the frame completely
