I’m hoping to transfer from the Florida National Guard to Active Army. My DD-368 was submitted a little over a month ago and I understand the process could take awhile. I was wondering if anyone knows of a way to track it once it is submitted by your immediate command(company level)? Maybe call one of the Battalion shops, etc. Any guidance is much appreciated.

If you are in the Guard, the one signature you need on your 368 is from the state G1.
Whatever has to accompany that 368 in the packet varies state to state.
It should route through your CO, BN, BDE for QC only, up to G1.
It should take no longer than 30 days to get to G1 if there were no corrections required.
Most states' G1 have a personnel action tracker that is visible to BDE and BN S1s, and sometimes companies.
Your company at a minimum should be able to ask BN S1 where it is and get an answer.
Once approved by the G1, you have 180 days to contract to another component.
You must provide the State G1 with a copy of your new contract AND assignment orders for the state to discharge you from the Guard. If you don't complete that step, both your new component and the Guard will both be reporting you as a member, and that will cause Tricare and other problems every month until you resolve it.

Yes your UA or your S-1 have access to the system I don't remember the name of it but they will know.

By regulation your chain of command has 30 days from the date of submission to make a decision on it. If you ask your command they should be able to let you know how far KP the chain it is.

Sgt Will Colby - Battalion? a 368 must be approved by your First General Officer so it will have to go higher than battalion. Not sure about the guard but I think the State General will have the authority.

SFC(P) (Join to see) you are correct but battalion will track where it is and still doesn't change that they must make a determination within 30 days.

It should be forwarded to your NG G-1 through Company Battalion. It's on page 2 of the DD 368. If your COC fails to help you I would either try to get a hold of the G-1 or get IG involved. There's no leader in any branch that should deny a soldier the opportunity to do something beneficial for their career.
