I've been trying to do some research on my career path (91B), I've also searched other MOS's and can't seem to find Operations Sergeant (Company Level) anywhere. My question is, where would this fall into my career path if at all. I don't want to take the job, and just hurt myself in the long run. Any thoughts?

Most of the time OPS SGT was a BN level for most MOS's, But it stands to reason that if it was a separate Co, or stand alone it would need one.

Some organizations at the company level are authorized operations sergeants, the only MOS I have ever met that is authorized this is the Sapper Company in my unit. I can do some digging and ask them what they have in terms of duties and responsibilities if that is something you want?

1SG,

First; thanks for the response. In regards to duties and responbilties, I'm tracking what I'm on for, however I'm unsure if we're authorized a slot, but for me, more importantly, I'm just worried if this could potentially hurt me in long run, as opposed to going back to the motorpool. Although at this point it's to late, as I was told I have no choice, but I was also told it would on be for year. Honestly, 1SG the whole thing has gotten under my skin. I won't get carried away here, but again thanks for the response.
