For an APFT to count as a Record APFT, is it a must to say "Record" on the 705?

If it is not annotated on the AR Form 705, it is a Diagnostic.

I must be missing something, I do not see he circumstances associated with the question. The validity is dertermined by the document itself. The unit should know what they administered. It also depends on who administered the test, there is a vetting process to ensure that the person administering the test is authorized by the unit.
