Can you get a medical waiver for having high blood pressure? Can you still get airborne in your contract?

Having high blood pressure needing a waiver can you still get airborne in your contract?
I personally think it's white coat syndrome?
Can I still get option 40?

I say No. High blood pressure can cause a lot of other problems.
