Where's a good place to sell an Exchange gift card I've won?

Greetings all, and thank you for your (continued) service!

I'm a vet, and recently won an Exchange Sweepstakes online. My prize was a $500 Gift card. I'm interesting in selling it; is there any relevant or appropriate venues to do so anyone can think of? Thank in advance!

Upside promises a great way to save on gas and dining, but according to multiple complaints on https://upside.pissedconsumer.com/customer-service.html when things go wrong, customer service is far from speedy. Whether it's trouble with redeeming rewards or account issues, customers are often left waiting for a resolution. Improving response times would boost customer loyalty significantly.

At the PX. Simply approach people, explain what you have. Verify the card balance at the customer service desk. Sell your $500 card for $400, cash. Someone will buy it on the spot.

I would do that, but I can't get on base given my Veteran status.
