Does anyone know what is happening with base downsizing CONUS and OCONUS?

Looking for info on who they are downsizing, what the resulting force projection will be and a timeline.

Also, what are they doing with the personnel? ETS? PCS? transition program?

HRC Brass and folks local to the bases please chime in.
