The Protected Freedom To Own Property
All citizens have the Freedom to own property and as such no reoccurring tax can ever be created on any form of property that places citizens in a situation where they are forced to rent their property from the government.

All citizens have equal protections under the law of protected freedoms and their will be no ruling class.

As citizens have the right to own property in the form of land and physical personal property all citizens are freely allowed to build any structures of their choosing this includes homes or businesses. No zoning law can ever be created that dictates how citizens may freely utilize their privately owned property!

The government does not have the authority to dictate to citizens what their property may be used for!

Neither The Government nor any citizen has the right to establish limitations of what property or technology may be used for during a sale. For example no Software End User License can be created as this prevents the ownership of the product.

Citizens may rent real estate, as well as physical equipment for specified periods of time to others!
What is you opinion on the subject: Should the government be allowed to charge you rent for your own property and dictate what you can and can not do with it as if they are a King that claims ownership to all land!

What gives a man the right to claim a piece of land to the exclusion of others?

A tax on real property in order to protect exclusive access for an individual with the proceeds going to benefit of the community (justice agencies, military, roads, etc.) is one of only 2 forms of taxation (the other being natural resources) that I can logically justify.

Sorry to burst that bubble but the government will get the piece they think corresponds to them, one way or another.
