Can a soldier be on the Command Integration List if they are only missing NCOES?

Soldier has already passed a promotion board, APFT and Weapons Qual are valid. Soldier has not attended NCOES due to difficulty obtaining a slot.

CLI is now MLI, Mandatory List Integration. You will be on the list, but you will not promote until the school is complete.

I would also be aware of MLI (Mandatory list Integration). Being a CPL, I can see that you have earned the confidence and trust of your unit. MLI forces units to BAR soldiers that they do not believe are ready to be promoted, at certain points in their career. If the unit does not BAR the SM, the soldier will automatically become promotable with all promotion points. The SM will not need a promotional board. NCO's will be forced to develop soldiers, and soldiers will be forced to "grow or get out". If S1 does not inform the command, it could leave the command confused, and thinking that a mistake has been made.

Have you had your NCO see about putting you in a different BLC school? I know it took several tries to get me a slot but if you stay on top of it then you should be able to get on a waitlist or get a seat. There are schools everywhere for BLC when you get into ALC and SLC is when you start actually having major issues because of it being MOS specific.

It isn’t for me, it’s for someone else. I they haven’t seen about sending them to another school yet, I’ll suggest it.

If it is for BLC then they offer the school in multiple places. I am guard and almost every state (except mine) has a BLC school that you can go to.
