Re enter, 10 years already done, passed physical got a duty station, and the day I get ready to ship I got halted, charges were dismissed (no fines, jail, etc,) during my time in the army and even got a clearance right after , why do this now? And how long does it take? Clearance is still good and there’s money to be made elsewhere as well,

Did you not disclose those charges when you went to MEPS? If you didn’t you only have yourself to blame.

SFC (Join to see) - it’s still weird though nobody can give me a timeline now, nor an answer on anything now other than waiting because we messed up but they still want to conduct this review as if I didn’t just get out 6 months ago. Thanks though

SGT C Piii the review is mandatory, regardless of how long ago you got out. It should have all been done prior to you going to MEPS though.

Man you nailed it, I joined in 09 I was already in, the incidents happened while I was in Kuwait 2013-2015, somehow a trial was conducted without me being there both for a “he assaulted me and I also lost custody of my oldest child without being served or notified either...it was a shit show. . I was never detained, any of that and it was thrown out. Lol problem is nobody was every clear on how charges were pressed on me without being in the country YEARS at a time. Both working as a contractor abroad and on deployments.... bad women will screw your life up. I got lied on and showing up with orders and memos, proof of residence in other countries cured a lot but MEPS was left like huh how ? I live in Vancouver now so I have gotten so much red tape since I haven’t lived mainland US as well in years
