I am the sole provider of the child and mother(girlfriend) but she has power of attorney over my daughter in any case I leave on active orders, she has no means of income to keep up with rent and bills on her own. Will I be getting the full rate of BAH even though me and her are not married ?

Do you have a court order to pay child support? If so then you can get BAH for supporting your kid but they do have to be in DEERS and you'll need documentation showing paternity and that you've been paying support. Regarding the mother though, you can't get BAH for paying your girlfriends bills (or an Ex, baby momma, drunken hook-up, juicy girl, exotic dancer, Old college buddy, etc).
If this is something where you're just being a good guy and taking care of your kid and the mom without ever needing to go through court, then sadly - you're going to have a difficult journey ahead.

Not true for Reservist who go on Active Duty order for 31 days or more. For regular Active duty that is true. If you have a lease or mortgage back home for a house you will get BAH for your home of record. You must keep your house while on active duty because once your orders are done you must go back home. I been on 3 year long deployments with the reserves and each time everyone that brought in there lease ect from back home received BAH and some COLA if they were from NYC.

Child support only gets you BAH DIF, which is less than $200 month.
If you have custody of your child, yes, if your orders are sufficient length to warrant BAH. If so, the child should already be listed as a family member/dependent in DEERS. If not, you'll need birth certificate to make that happen. Talk to your S1, as it may take more than that.
Zero for your girlfriend, regardless of whether she can care for herself.

SFC(P) (Join to see) - The BAH with a lease for a mobilizing reservist is a true statement, but if this Soldier lives with his parents or a roommate and isn't on the lease and has been paying for the mothers apartment where his name isn't on the lease he could be high and dry. I think we are both assuming things here and the best call is for him to start sending this up the chain of command to get a good answer based on his specific situation.

If you did the paperwork right, you will get full BAH with Dependent (your daughter) rate.

That you need to check with personnel, they should know for sure,if not, they should be able to find out for you.
