I would like to know whether or not I’d be allowed to wear FR-OCP uniforms to airborne school. I know ALARACT 093/2008 states that you can wear the FRACUS in garrison and field. However, I can’t find anything on the use of the new FR-OCP uniform other than the sunset of the multicam pattern.

Short answer, yes. It is an authorized uniform until its wear out date, unless the school house specifically states it cannot be worn. If the school house's packing list does not specify and only states the ACU, then it would be authorized, as you would be in AR compliance until the wear out date of such uniform variation.

Shouldn't be an issue. They are the same style uniform, only fire resistant right? I like them better anyway, they feel softer than the regular OCP's.
