How long do I need to be in the Army until I can apply to be a Warrant Officer?

I am looking at doing an inter-service transfer to from the Marine Corps to the Army. I will have to continue to be a Combat Engineer, but my goal is to be a Warrant Officer Aviator. How long is it that I need to be in the Army before I can apply?

To be a flight warrant officer, there is no service requirement. Civilians apply

There isn't a time requirement for interservice transfers.
