Is it possible to transfer from Army National Guard on AGR orders to active duty Air Force as a pilot?

I'm contemplating moving to active duty Air Force following my contract (in 2 years). I love my team and AGR is a great deal but looking at future positions and it's all desk jobs. I'm looking for some basic info to see if this is even an option before I start to drag a recruiter into it.
1. Will the Air Force take prior service applicants as an officer?
2.can you guarantee a pilot slot when you sign your contract?
3. Is there any other information I should consider?

Air Force flight dowe have stricter age requirements than the army so you may want to look at that.

I don't have too much to offer more than one word answers but
1. Yes they do
2. I'm only sure on two commissioning sources. Rotc and the academy allows you to guarantee flight, then the AF picks for you whether you're in the front seat, back seat, or flying drones. I'm not sure how OTS works. At least in the Navy you can guarantee your spot as a pilot before you ship off for OCS
