So I am in between training blocks (AIT and Basic) and are currently on HBL! I am active duty and aren’t sure if I’m allowed to work my civilian job while I’m away or if it conflicts with any guideline. Thank you in advice!

you didn't quit your civilian job when you went active? what is/was your civilian job? my advice is to enjoy the time off while you can and continue to work out. too many soldiers report back for duty out of shape and some will gain weight over the holidays. i wouldn't be surprised if you have a diagnostic apft when you return. enjoy the time with your family, there will be many holidays you won't be able to spend with them.

PV2 (Join to see) - security and bartending; then i would advise you not to. too great of a risk of getting hurt or involved in a legal issue. years ago i was working part-time mall security while stationed at ft lewis. i got hurt on the job and my battalion commander was not happy about it. right now you are cleared for military service, but that could change if you get hurt while working those jobs. do you really want to risk your military career for that?

SSG Laurie Mullen true that is correct! I’ve broken up fights in the club multiple times.
