Never heard of it but it sure seems as though there are a number of grassroots programs springing up across the country that are trying to serve the same or very similar causes in helping Veterans. It would be great if they could find a way to unite as a collective.

Well, in part that is what the charity is trying to do, in North Carolina at least for now. In addition to building the Veterans Life Center in Butner, the Veterans Leadership Council wants to become the premier go-to organization for anyone looking for Veterans Services.
