If Superman’s Fortress of Solitude was real, how much would it be worth?

Superman is my favorite Super Hero. This analysis is awesome on how much it would be worth!
I also did an analysis of how much damage was done to Metropolis with the fight between General Zod and him. Care to venture a guess? What Would Man of Steel's Destruction Cost? Will let you know after I get the responses. (this is just the physical damage, not economic impact or people who would have died)

I'm guessing $750 billion. It's gotta be astronomical, and that's the highest option.

....and after reading the link to get all literal larry, Diamond's value depends on its rarity as a commodity so the value would likely be a lot lower.
And maybe Tony might need to leverage some credit and holdings to buy it....or he could always just build a competitor, cheaper, faster, bigger.
