Can I still receive Bah after a stillbirth at 31 weeks. I had already moved out of the barracks into an apartment with a 1 year lease.

I am sorry for your loss.
To answer your question, you aren't really authorized the BAH because you don't have dependents. That being said, you can talk to your chain of command and see about an Exception to Policy Memorandum that will allow you to have single rate BAH because you have gone and gotten a place. They do have the ability to have a memo written that can get your lease broken though too.
I was divorced (predictably so) when I was a young PFC (who has ever heard of that?!). I had a fully furnished apartment and so instead of making me store everything and move into the billets again my command allowed me to stay off post. It helped that I was also a good soldier.
I wish you luck.

Thank you , I’m basically in the same predicament . I spent months saving money to buy furniture and baby things and I wouldn’t want to have to put all of it in storage even though eventually it would come to that when I PCS. Thanks for the reply

I'm sorry to hear about your loss. I wish you well in your recovery.
Regarding BAH, your command may be able to authorize you BAH at the "without dependents" rate. I would definitely inquire.

This will depend on command policy. If E4s are required to live in the barracks, you can get out of your lease with a command letter.
