Are there any recommended books/audiobooks or courses I should take besides the ones on AKO? Or any unique lessons or experiences That could help? I am about to max out on points for ako. I’m prior active and in total only have 3 years in service. But I’m hungry to start being better and a greater influence on those around me, how do I gain the knowledge and tools to do so?

I am sure you have heard to be a good leader you need to be a good follower. I think that the ultimate traits for followers are: attitude, reliability, and common sense.
Soldiers should look at the good and bad leaders to determine what they think the concept of being a good leader is.

Every AR, FM, and TM you use, or which are on any promotion board list, or SAMC list. In other words, be an SME in all things Army from Admin to Promotions, to UCMJ.
That is a decent start.

That's a solid list of books and other materials. It's a lot, but better to answer with more details like you did.
Thank you for helping a solid troop get on the right track with what will work!

Listen and trust your leaders and peers with experience. Seek mentorship, even if not willing given.
