OK, I'll bite. What exactly does a Human Intelligence Collector do? Is this a technical term for cyber-stalker? Just kidding, but seriously, what do you do?

Our field manual is unclassified, if you would like to check it out. Congress made our FM unclassified in 2006 in response to the Abu Ghraib abuses (which were NOT conducted by Human Intelligence Collectors, I will point out! It was a reserve MP unit that did all that, if I remember correctly.).
