How can I determine if my APFT failure and flag were valid?

So to start off I was in a car accident which caused a shoulder injury as well a whiplash. I ended up going to sick call which they gave me a temporary profile on my sick call slilp which stated “activity at own pace to own pain tolerance” a week after that I was given a PT test. Prior to the test I let my squad leader know that I was on profile, injured and would not be able to preform. I was told I still had to take the test also at no point prior to the test was I given notice that the test was for record. I took the test which I failed push-ups (unsurprisingly) and 3 days after taking the test I got told by my squad leader that I either had to go to the board or that I will be flagged for an APFT failure. I agreed to go to the board however I said I’m going to fight the flag if they try to pursue it. Well they didn’t like that and decided to go ahead with the flag. They still have not issued me the flag or counseled me which I’m assuming is coming tomorrow after they do height and weight (4 days after the APFT). As you can see this is a shit show and I’m trying to figure out if this is in fact a valid APFT along with the flag. If this is not please provide the FULL AR as I’m going to have to fight this uphill battle.

Most if not all medical profiles even temporary give a date as to when you are allowed to take any possible apft.

Did you tell your supervisor that you were on profile when you got back from sick call? Your training room should have been tracking who was on profile.

Profiles should specify a expiration date. If not, usually they last for no more than 30 days. The profile Regulation is found in 40-501, Chapter 7, AR 600-20, AR 600-8-101. The profile is the recovery period. Once the profile expires, then you are eligible for full duty. In reference to the APFT, your profile would had to have been marked for specific limitations.

The PA did not put in an expiration date on the sick call slip. I went and made an appointment to go get seen again prior to the test and was actually seen a day after the test which resulted in a DA Form 3349 and on it I am unable to take a APFT until Dec 28th and was also put in physical therapy which I start tomorrow.
