My career counselor submitted my packet to post retention a month ago and still there has not been any word back from HRC or anyone on my MAR2 processing.

More than a month? Definitely.

See link, you are somewhere between steps 2 and 5 of 7.
Step 6 at HRC could take 3-6 months.
And if that comes back with a referral to a MEB, that process could take 6-12 months.
Sorry, but these are detailed review processes, and there are a ton of them.

Than I must be somewhere in the middle of step 6. I was told to expect it to only take a couple of weeks at most which is why it just seems strange. And everyone else I know who's gone through the process claimed the same.

Call HRC yourself...My packet was submitted back in OCT 3rd...DEC 3rd I got put on temp profile and 6 hours later HRC sent an email saying that my packet was kicked due to the profile...I called the same day and spoke to a civilian who said there would be no reason to why it should take longer than the 14 days...once my packet gets resubmitted ill be calling to make sure they have it and doing check ups periodically...BTW the civilian over the MAR2 did take leave back in NOV for a week.

Call [login to see] ...Please let me know what they say for you...I've dealing with this mess since DEC 2017..mainly due to contradicting profiles then awaiting signatures for said profile.

I’ve been trying that number daily over the last week and nobody has picked up. I’ve left a voicemail as well. Did you have this issue?
