Do I need SF 88 and SF 93 for my chapter 8 packet?

Do I need SF 88 and SF 93 for my chapter 8? I was given two other forms that are similar to these. DD Form 2807-1 and a DD Form 2808. They have the same titles and information as the SF forms but different layout. Seems that not very many people know the answer.

Chapter 8 separations are approved by your O6, which means the forms and supporting documentation they require are specific to your Brigade. Because it's an administrative separation, it's processed through your legal. Contact your Brigade paralegal for their requirements.
