So I have had a soldier under my supervision for 1 solid week and they ended up moving him to my section this soldier is pending chapter so they removed him from his SFL classes to go to the field and didnt reschedule them for him they made 2 counseling’s from my PSG however the first 1 is short to the point my psg told me to throw it away for an update now the updated one is completely new information and it’s written to look worse then the first but I got the new one after my commander counseled me for failure to have my soldier do a weekend plan and immediately initiated a field grade article 15 the charges failed to have soldier so weekend plan and failed to escort my soldier by disobeying my PSG guidance how ever my PSG counseling states I did follow his guidance.

I would love to help you, but I have no idea what you're saying. If you could explain what you're saying a little better, and you some punctuation so we can tell where one sentence ends and another begins, we can definitely give you good guidance.

Not ragging on you SPC Corsack, but please, present your POV legibly.
Trying to decipher your issue I get the following:
You were assigned a Soldier that is pending a chapter, key word "pending", as in not official yet, that they took to the field - what does this have to do with your predicament?
"they made 2 counseling statements from my PSG" - who were these counseling statements for? You or the Soldier pending chapter?
"failing to escort" - what was the Soldiers risk assessment? Where were you to escort this Soldier?
"weekend plan" that is par for the course for Soldiers that have a medium to high risk assessment, and is done at the team leader lvl, with SQL/PSG approval and is a required item reportable to BN.
"Field Grade Art. 15" - what happened - in general terms, not specifics ? this seems a little excessive for what you are presenting.
"PSG Counseling" Is it in writing?
If you could clarify your thoughts and issue coherently, perhaps we could help you.

Start by going to your own chain first. Request open door with your PSG and Commander first. If they will not hear you, then you can request the open door policy with the battalion commander. Protocol is to request this through your company command. If they do not honor the open door policy request at the company, then I would either request through the battalion CSM (take a battle with you). If the battalion fails to honor your open door policy request then I would file an Inspector General complain on your command failing to honor the open door policy.
Before doing these open door conversations, you should provide each commander topics of discussion, out of respect. You should also write out what you are going to say, and provide a timeline that demonstrates these events. Be prepared to give them a copy of everything you discuss with them. If you have proof of your statements in the form of appointment slips, provide them as well.
I personally am not telling you that you are right or wrong, as I can only see your situation through your description above. I am only telling you what procedures are and giving your some advice. Remember to remain disciplined, maintain military bearing, and leave emotion and disrespect out of it. They will judge your situation based upon facts alone. Do not give them another reason to recommend punitive action against you!!! Stay classy!
