Under new FEDVIP my cost goes from $65 to $85 per for virtually the exact same policy. The problem is my dentist doesn't get an extra penny but FEDVIP gets $20 extra a month or $240 a year for doing nothing. Just another method of degrading our benefits!

All of them. At one time or another they have voted to lessen the benefits Veterans, Service men and women receive. It's like musical chairs using politics.
