Considering to commission in the National Guard. I’m currently an E6 Infantry Squad leader. If i go thru OCS, would I still need to attend IBOLC? Even if I already went thru OSUT?

IBOLC is essentially Pre-Pre-Ranger. Command wants every Infantry Lt to leave Fort Benning with a Ranger tab, or at least a tab. OSUT or not, you will go to IBOLC, if you branch Infantry. IBOLC and EBOLC are unlike most other BOLCs, as their goal is to prepare you for another course.

They used to run all the Infantry Officer Basic students through a version of RIP, basically the Camp Darby phase. But yes, the PT especially is designed to get you ready for Ranger School, although there is a ton more stuff academically.
While the Army has always had the goal of every Infantry Officer and Infantry Senior NCO be tabbed, the numbers that actually get a slot AND graduate are only about 360 Infantry LT's a year. If you don't go to somewhere like the 82nd or 25th, getting a slot when you hit your unit is far more difficult. There are a lot of non Tabbed Infantry Officers out there and it's especially hard to pull a slot in most National Guard units, although that does seem to have changed some since I was last active.

Yes, you will. The only people that I know of that are exempted from Officer Basic are some of the Direct Commission things like JAG. Your going to find the IBOLC is a completely different world from OSUT and OCS. Get in shape, because the PT in IBOLC is designed to get you in condition for Ranger School. If your state has slots, I would highly advise trying to get them to slot you for Airborne and Ranger right after your Basic Course.

Definitely get those slots, we got a ton of people stuck in limbo waiting for their slots.

Newly Commissioned Officers, no matter what there prior service experience, have to go to their basic branch BOLC-it’s essentially the 2LT Basic Training and AIT rolled into one Course for Officers.

If you are already a SL in the Infantry you will have an easier tactical time at IBOLC, but it’s harder maneuvering a Platoon and synchronizing with a CO Cdr, planning and developing training and learning the ins and outs of Officership-nothing like OSUT, WLC or the like.

Take the Commission, enjoy the next level, earn your R-anger tab and lead the way!
