Can i get a waiver for Keratoconus? I've already applied for one through the Army but would like to know sooner. Does anyone know for sure?

No, you cannot get a waiver. DoD Instructions 6130.03 dated March 30, 2018 in Section 5 Disqualifying Conditions, look in section 5.3 (Eyes) Subsection C (Cornea) Subsection 1. It states "Corneal dystrophy or degeneration of any type, including but not limited to keratoconus of any degree."

I feel like it would be the same deal as a astigmatism, shouldn't be problem getting a waiver.

The astigmatism will depend on the severity of whether or not you will be disqualified. That is covered in 5.3 and 5.4 of DoD Instructions 6310.03

I was disqualified as well due to a very mild keratoconus and they did tell me I could try again however I have to bring proven results and further examinations from my eye doctor that concludes it must've been a misdiagnosed then they could try to get it investigated and possibly get it waived.
