How long does the waiver process take with an RE-3 code Serious Offenses Chapter ?

I was discharged after fighting a previous chapter this one kinda just went left right at the end but i basically won this one also until a mishap. Any how i was discharged for AWOL while having my daughter while going through another chapter process. I was told to wait the 6 months to 1 year. I wasn’t discharged 7 May 18 so it will be 6 months next month. I just wanted to know what should i look forward to and how long is the timeframe.?

Have you talked to a recruiter? The recruiters will have up to date information on waivers.

Not yet last time I talked to my recruiter he said my name was still on the system as active duty status

I recommend you write a MFR (memo for record) stating your story, why, and why you won't have another disciplinary issue again, do something to futher your career inside or outside the military (i.e. college, note-worthy training), contact DAV and ACS, and study related threads:
