Is anyone else having any problems enrolling in SSD2? I am in the Reserves and I have not been able to enroll or find a way to enroll. No other sergeant in my unit is enrolled and my unit is telling us that we have to enroll ourselves. ALMS not only does not seem to have the course but, if you try to enroll in something like SSD3 or SSD 4 then it tells you that self enrollment is not an option. Active duty has an email that they can send a request to so they can enroll in the event that they are not automatically enrolled but I have not been able to find anything similar for the Reserves. Any advice?

This situation have been addressed here at SSD 2. We are creating more classes to enroll more NG and Reserve Component members. Eventually you will be enrolled if you meet the criteria. But be assure the we are working hard to fixed this situation.

SFC (Join to see), thanks for the reply. I had asked my unit to get me enrolled, they told me that I wouldn't be until at least February. I haven't checked yet to see if I was enrolled.

Any update to this? I have been in "course wait status" for 3 months. I am deploying and would like to have this completed prior to my deployment.

yes I am having the same issue. I have been trying since I was promoted to SGT its been over a year now. it sucks because its really hindering my progress
