The AF has just released the call for nominees for Enlisted members to earn a Master's Degree from the Air Force Institute of Technology (AFIT).
Below are the eligible programs.
Eligible Air Force Specialty Codes (AFSCs). Effective with AY13 applicants are now limited to specific AFSCs. Within those AFSCs, members may compete for the degrees listed in this memorandum. This list includes those degrees and associated AFSCs that Air Force Career Field Managers (CFM) have identified as supporting Air Force priorities and are essential to mission performance and capability. Please direct questions related to this list through your respective functional representative.

Qualification Criteria. In addition to possessing an approved AFSC, prospective students must meet service eligibility standards prior to assignment availability evaluation to attend AFIT. Service eligibility standards are listed in sub-paragraphs a through j. Waivers for any criterion will not be accepted for the AFIT program.
a. Active duty Air Force Technical Sergeant (E-6 or E-6 select) through Senior Master Sergeant (E-8).
b. Minimum eight (8) years total active federal military service (TAFMS) as of 1 June 2015.
c. Minimum 24 months time on station (TOS) as of 1 Jun 2015 or a DEROS between May 2015 and August 2015.
d. Completion of 7 skill-level (craftsman) upgrade.
e. Able to obtain three (3) years retainability from the projected date of AFIT graduation. AFIT graduate programs range from 18-24 months in duration depending upon the student's undergraduate degree and prerequisite course work. For planning purposes, all applicants must be able to obtain retainability through 1 Jun 20.
f. No adverse quality force actions within the last 36 months.
g. Must have a current passing fitness test score on file prior to departure.
h. Possess a Community College of the Air Force (CCAF) degree by 31 Dec 2014.
i. Possess a bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution on or before 27 September 2014. Ideally, the bachelor’s degree will support the proposed graduate program or consist of sufficient undergraduate coursework to support admission to the proposed graduate program.
j. Be released from their respective assignment team to compete for the Enlisted-to-AFIT program.
