My Vets.gov account says I’m not totally and permanently disabled. Is this a denial or should I be waiting for more letters?

I currently have an open va disability claim for ptsd anxiety and tdiu today a letter popped up in my bets.gov account saying that I’m not totally and permanently disabled but that’s it. There’s nothing about ratings or tdiu. Is this a denial or should I be waiting for more letters?

When there is a final rating, it will state the rating % and the amount of the disability pay.

I don’t have a rating yet. But I was told by Peggy that basically it’s k could use if I want a discount on fishing licenses and stuff like that but my claim isn’t done yet that’s why it has no specifics. Thank for your response though I appreciate it.

Why file for TDIU if a decision on rating hasn't been made ? There are specific requirements to be granted TDIU, all of which require an initial rating.
