Is there any fast way to get out early when closing in on your ets date? I got the job offer of a lifetime and they want me to start as soon as possibly but I’m still 8 months out. Anything helps.

I'm not sure how it works but the skill bridge program is supposed to let you work for a company for 4 months whils still in the service.

Pretty sure that MILPER that allowed early ETS for work expired about two years ago. So, the answer is no, there's no longer an early separation for work.
