Can you bring American Pitbull terriers when Pcs’ing to Germany?

I recently was told I’m projected to go to Germany, and I’m reading they have breed bans on American pitbull terriers. Is there anyone already over there that was able to bring theirs with them? Thanks in advance for the help?
