I am a 25B Guardsman transition to the reserves and I have opted to reclassify as a 35L. I was accepted into a unit and I am currently awaiting seperation orders from my home state. After making the transition how long before I need to attend school to reclass? Could anyone tell me how long the course is?

It’s 18 weeks...I’m a retired instructor from CISAC! I don’t think it’s changed as of yet!

How long did it take to get accepted? I just had my interview the end of August and waiting for my BC to sign my 4187.

The course is roughly 5-6 months. At least that’s how it was when i went through in 2008. Not sure about now. It’s at FT Huachuca, AZ. the core classes you’ll be learning are CI Investiations, surveillance and operations. Good luck
