Take a class in statistics. Improve your math. Calibration involves a lot of math.

Learn as much as you can while in school. Especially since you're a NCO. Running a shop can be stressful

94H can lead to a job working in a calibration lab for a major corporation, or working at a calibration services company. Most employers looking for calibration techs look for those with military training. The PMEL school looks very good on your resume.
