Has anyone attempted to set up a mentoring program here? I find official DOD sites not very user friendly and with today's young officers and PAs they would rather use social media than an official DOD site.

RallyPoint offers informal mentoring in two ways;
1) Direct question and answer discussions about what to service members
2) Connections formed on the site, which allows for both online and offline communications by subject matter experts and those who seek their advice.
Eventually RallyPoint will probably also build out a more formal mentorship program... it's a bit of an inevitability... though it's one of many many things that are in the works.

No but I have offered mentoring to several PAs through the site. I would like to see it and would be willing to participate
