When do soldiers start each level of the Warrior Skills Training? Is there a certain rank? I'm guessing it's based off of rank structure
Example: E1-E4 do level 1 and once they become an NCO they start Level 2. But I'm not sure. I've been trying to find out for about 2 weeks. I've always ended up coming to a dead end before asking here on Rally Point. Please help.

In terms of basic skills and MOS skills, you'd be correct. E1-E4 are skill level 1 aka 10 level, E-5 is 2 or 20 level, E-6 is 3 or 30 level, E-7 is 4 or 40 level. This is why your MOS number is long, for example, mine is 11B3P (MOS_skill level_P for parachutist) without parachutist it would be 11B30, my next rank will be 11B4P.

SFC Marc W. - I remember this coming out (the article is from 2011, with a vision for 2015 and beyond. I got out before the implementation stated.
I’m not sure what the Army has done with it since.
The E8/E9 crew on RP usually isn’t shy about any topic. But when you need them to weigh in...ah well, some things never change.

-10 = E1-4, -20=E5, -30=E6, -40=E7. I believe that MOS zulu code begins at E8.

SGT Joseph Gunderson this is different from the MOS Levels. I'm sorry my question was confusing. I should of posted this pic with the question. It's not the MOS level.

SPC (Join to see) - The MOS level designates the warrior skill level for that MOS.
